This website is operated by Wild Roots Hauling, LLC DBA Wild Roots Hauling and Junk Removal (“Wild Roots Hauling,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), an Oregon limited liability company based in Springfield, Oregon, serving Springfield, Eugene, and the surrounding Lane County area.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to use this website or to contact us through it. By using the site you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Permission to Use the Site

We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to view and use this website for your own informational purposes and to contact us about our services. This permission does not transfer any ownership rights, and we may revoke it at any time.

5. Things You May Not Do

When using this website, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of any applicable federal, state, or local law
• Copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute site content except as allowed in Section 8

• Interfere with or disrupt the site, or place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure
• Send us spam, chain messages, or unsolicited commercial offers through the chat feature or any contact method listed on the site

• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice

6. Website Chat Feature

This website offers a chat window operated for us by a third-party provider. It is a convenience for reaching us, and the following applies to it:

• It is not monitored around the clock. Messages may not be seen or answered immediately, including outside business hours. Do not rely on chat for anything time-sensitive.
• Never use it for emergencies. If there is a fire, a gas leak, a downed power line, a structural hazard, an injury, or any other emergency, call 911. Chat is not an emergency service.
• Do not send sensitive information. Please do not send payment card numbers, bank account details, Social Security numbers, passwords, or health information through chat.
• Messages are recorded. Chat conversations, along with any contact details you enter, are stored and processed by our third-party chat provider. See our Privacy Policy for what is collected and how it is handled.
• Estimates given in chat are preliminary. Any figure discussed over chat is a rough indication based on your description, not a binding quote. See Section 7.

We may change, suspend, or remove the chat feature at any time without notice.

7. No Service Agreement Is Formed Through This Site

This point matters, so we state it plainly. Nothing on this website — including service descriptions, the before-and-after photographs, customer reviews, any statement about pricing or availability, and any message exchanged through the chat window — constitutes an offer to perform work, a binding quote, or a contract for services.

Contacting us through this site is a request for information. A service agreement between you and Wild Roots Hauling is formed only when we have inspected or discussed the specific job and both parties have agreed to a written estimate or work order covering the scope, the price, and the schedule. Terms governing the work itself — including payment, cancellation, property access, materials we cannot accept, and liability — are set out in that separate agreement, not here.

Any price range, timeframe, or availability mentioned on this site or in chat is an illustration only. Actual pricing depends on volume, weight, material type, access, disposal fees, and site conditions, and is quoted per job.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the Wild Roots Hauling name and logo, the text, the layout and design, and all photographs of our equipment and completed work — is owned by Wild Roots Hauling, LLC or used with permission, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may view this site, and print or download a copy of a page for your own non-commercial reference, such as to keep our contact information. You may also share a link to the site. Any other use — including reproducing our photographs, copying our text for another website, or using our name or logo — requires our prior written permission.

Customer reviews quoted on this site were published by their authors on Google and remain the words of those authors. They are reproduced here with attribution.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

This website links to third-party services, including our Google Business Profile and our Facebook page, and it loads a chat window provided by a third party. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, their availability, their terms, or their privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement. When you use one of those services you do so under that company's terms, not ours.

10. Site Accuracy and Availability

We work to keep the information on this site current and accurate, but we do not promise that it is free of errors or omissions. Service descriptions, service areas, hours, and any pricing information may change without notice. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time, and we do not guarantee that the site will be available without interruption.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind relating to the site, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and any warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

This disclaimer applies to the website. It does not disclaim any warranty we give for work we actually perform, which is addressed in the separate agreement described in Section 7.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Oregon law, Wild Roots Hauling, LLC and its members, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use this website, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to this website will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wild Roots Hauling, LLC and its members, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your misuse of this website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

14. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or this website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lane County, Oregon, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

15. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will stay in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of this website. They do not replace or modify any separate written agreement covering services we perform for you.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
